Walkabout & Strolling Magic:

Charles will mix and mingle with your guests conducting arcane magical demonstrations that will enliven and entertain. Excellent for outdoor, social gatherings and conventions. Since the magic is performed for small groups as he circulates among the guests, this is close up magic at its best.

Table Hopping:

This is close-up magic that's performed while spectators are seated at tables, usually at restaurants and sit-down dinner events. It is also known as restaurant magic.

Parlor Show:

In a slightly more formal setting your guests will see the acclaimed magic of “Familiar with a Wizard”, the show that critics have called ‘heart stopping, mystifying entertainment’ and ‘an intelligent and sophisticated exploration of the arcane magical arts’. This is not a children’s magic show, it was written and is performed specifically for the adult audience. It is perfect for a gathering of up to 50 seated guests.

Interactive Murder Mystery:

Charles is your host for a 2 ½ to 3 hour event in which your guests are all suspects in a murder. All those invited to this murder mystery are given a character in the plot. Although only one of them is the actual murderer, nearly everyone is a prime suspect. Two scenarios are available to accommodate almost any size event.

• The Auction:
  11 to 40 guests:

  Following the suspicious death of Baroness Audry von Munchen, the fabulous von Munchen relics are to be auctioned off to the highest bidder. In the absence of a legal heir, it looks like all the proceeds will go to her favorite charity – unless a claimant comes forward at the last moment. What is the truth behind the Baroness’s Death? There’s only one way to find out – you and your guests must solve the mystery.

  
  

• The Sour Grapes of Wrath:
  6 guests and up to 4 spectators:

  Sour Grapes of Wrath is a light-hearted role-playing game with adult themes and is intended for persons ages 18 and older who find adult themes such as murder, infidelity, blackmail theft, etc. inoffensive. You will become a suspect in a murder mystery. It is up to you to figure out whodunit by denouncing the guilty secrets of others while trying to prove your innocence.

    Körner’s Folly, Kernersville, NC. www.kornersfolly.org is an historic and eccentric structure that offers 22 rooms spread out over seven levels on three floors. Ceiling heights range from 5-1/2 feet to 25 feet, with 10-foot doorways and 2-foot passageways. Ornate mantles top the 15 fireplaces, and decorative murals and detailed woodwork adorn every room. A winding staircase dizzies the mind as it takes you from level to level. These are but a few of the magical enchantments to behold in this grand home. During the event your guests are invited to tour the house (a $10.00 per guest value) at no extra charge.
